With over 32 years of experience in the OEM and auto industry, including working with prestigious organizations such as FIAT, Kirloskar group, AQ – (Swedish MNC), Bharat forge, and Kinetic group, I have served as an operation head, quality head, and maintenance head. I have also headed SQA (Supply Quality Assurance) to develop outsourced activities. Additionally, I am a Lead Auditor of IATF 16949:2016 and have implemented ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 certifications in various companies.
